About Central Texas Project Radar
Central Texas Project Radar is a construction intelligence platform purpose-built for the Central Texas market. We aggregate, normalize, and deliver construction project data from public sources across Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, and Caldwell counties.
Our Mission
The Central Texas construction market is booming, but discovering new projects early remains a fragmented, manual process. Contractors, developers, investors, and service providers spend hours each week scanning permit portals, government agendas, and public filings across dozens of municipalities.
We built Central Texas Project Radar to solve this problem. Our platform automatically collects data from city permit systems, TCEQ MUD filings, county clerk deed records, government RFP portals, and school district bond projects. We normalize this data into a single, searchable database and deliver it through an interactive map, customizable alerts, and email digests.
How It Works

We pull from 20+ public data sources across Central Texas using APIs, web scraping, and manual review.
Verification
All data is normalized, geocoded, and deduplicated to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate entries.
